To Submit a Proposer, All Relevant Documents and Materials Pertaining to the Specifications, Including the Bidder's Name, Address, All Contact Numbers, E-mail Addresses, the Items Listed Hereinabove, Fully Executed Non-collusion Affidavit, Business Relationships Affidavit, Bid Bond and the Agreement Executed With Lump Sum Price Included, Related to Each of the Three (3) bid date notes Exhibits, and Should Be Placed in an Envelope Marked "electric System Tree Trimming Work") and Delivered or Mailed to Secretary Before the End of Time for the Receipt of Proposals. All Proposals Will Remain on File in the Office of the Secretary. Proposals Received After the Final Time Set for Receipt of Bids, Will Not Be Considered and Will Be Returned Unopened. No Proposals May Be Withdrawn After Scheduled Closing Time for Receipt of Bids for at Least 60 Days. Each Proposer Shall Submit a Proposals on the Enclosed Form Provided in the Specifications and Attach Complete Description With Proposal. The City Will Contract With the Proposer Who Presents the Lowest and Best Proposal or May Reject All Proposals or Take Other Action in Its Best Interest. The Bma Reserves the Right to Reject Any Proposal and to Waive Informalities. Should the Proposer Be Unable to Meet or Exceed the Stated Specifications, the Proposer May Submit a Proposal Which Best Meets the Bma's Specification. Should the Bma Fail to Receive a Proposal Which Meets or Exceeds the Specifications, It May, at Its Option, Award a Contract to the Proposer Whose Proposal Best Satisfies the Requirements Contained Within the Specifications as Determined by the Board of Trustees. A Business Relationships Affidavit and Non-collusion Affidavit Shall Accompany the Sealed Proposal. Do Not Include State or Local Sales or Use Tax. The Bma or the City of Blackwell, as a Party to the Contract, Will Appoint the Successful Bidder Its Agent for Purchase of Sale or Use Tax Exemption on This Project or Purchase.
