**As of February 20,2025, This project has been awarded to K & T Trucking & Site Clearing with the awarded amount of $22,600 and awarded also to American Demolition with the awarded amount of $5,116.00.** Demolition and Removal of Buildings or Structures To bid, please use the required Agreement, fill in the property location to be demolished by street location, the contractor's name, address, telephone numbers, email address, the lump sum bid amount and execute the Agreement by an authorized representative, includ-ing additional information about the bidder, if desired, on an additional page, and place in a sealed envelope marked "demolition bid/02.11.25 (list street address) and deliver or mail to City Clerk before the end of time for the receipt of bids. The City will contract with the lowest responsible bidder or may reject all bids or take other action in its best interest. Incomplete bids and/or bids received after the final time set for receipt of bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. No bids may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least 60 days. Each bidder shall also provide a Business Relationships Affidavit and Non-Collusion Affidavit accompanying each sealed bid. The City reserves the right to reject any bid and to waive informalities.
