Bids are for all labor and materials required to relocate water and sewer mains and services along Church and Airways Road. Construction will also consist of relocating water and sewer mains, in the City of Southaven, Mississippi. The total Contract Time will be 180 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $1,000.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter.
