Construction Will Also Consist Ofrelocating Water and Sewer Mains in Thecity of Southaven, Mississippi. The City of Southaven Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Information and Irregularities Therein, Solicit New Bids, Award the Bid to the Lowest and Best Bidder.
