There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda. Bidding Documents, including drawings and specifications, will be available beginning at the Offices: Rev Plans, 330 Route 17a, Suite 2, Goshen, N.Y., (845) 651- 3845. Proposals must be submitted on the Form provided by the Architect with all blanks appropriately filled in. They must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and title of the Project as noted above. All bid prices shall be filled in, both in words and figures. Signatures shall be in ink and in longhand. Proposals which are incomplete, conditional, or obscure may be rejected as informal. Additional copies of the Proposal Form will be furnished by the Architect upon request. No oral or telephonic proposals or modifications of proposals will be considered.
