Lump Sum Bids will be received for four (4) Prime Contracts: Contract #3 HVAC All bid prices shall be filled in, both in words and figures. Signatures shall be in ink and in longhand. Proposals which are incomplete, conditional, or obscure may be rejected as informal. Additional copies of the Proposal Form will be furnished by the Architect upon request. Only those Contract Documents obtained in this manner will enable a prospec-tive bidder to be identified as an official plan holder of record.
