Lump Sum Bids will be received for four (4) Prime Contracts: Contract #2 Plumbing All bid prices shall be filled in, both in words and figures. Signatures shall be in ink and in longhand. Proposals which are incomplete, conditional, or obscure may be rejected as informal. Additional copies of the Proposal Form will be furnished by the Architect upon request. No oral or telephonic proposals or modifications of proposals will be considered. The Bids Will Be Opened and Read Aloud Immediately Following the Bid Receipt at the Brewster Central School District, Business Office Board Room, 30 Farm to Market Road, Brewster, New York, 10509. Please note REVplans (online) is the designated location and means for distributing and ob-taining all bid package information. Only those Contract Documents obtained in this manner will enable a prospec-tive bidder to be identified as an official plan holder of record. The Provider takes no responsibility for the com-pleteness of Contract Documents obtained from other sources. Contract Documents obtained from other sources may not be accurate or may not contain addenda that may have been issued All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available at online. Proposals must be submitted on the Form provided by the Architect with all blanks appropriate filled in. They must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and title of the Project as noted above. Plan holders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use, and coordinate directly with the printer for hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda.
