Services provided to the Board shall consist of, but are not limited to, the following: o Air Distribution Testing and Balancing (Re-balancing) Services; o Testing and Balancing and trouble-shooting of existing system; o Pre-construction Services; o Sound and/or Laboratory analysis; o Duct Pressure Tests; o Leakage Tests; o Hydronic Systems Tests; o Inspections and investigations; o Field reports and recommendations as per American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Associated Air Balancing Council (AABC) and National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) requirements; o Other related professional consulting services and other indoor air quality (IAQ issues); and o Closeout Services.
