Site Clean-Up) LICENSE REQUIREMENT: General Engineering, Pipe lines, Pipelines Engineering Contractor, Underground Utility/Excavation, Genera Building Contractor SCOPE OF WORK: The Project, including mobilization and demobilization, consists of furnishing and installing approximately 1,932 linear feet of 36-inch ductile iron pipe and fittings for sewage force main; one (1) plug valve with manhole; furnishing and installing three (3) access manholes; making two (2) connections to existing sewage force mains; depressurize and dewater existing 36-inch sewage force main; furnishing and constructing automatic air release valve assemblies for sewage force mains; polyethylene encasement for ductile iron pipe and fittings, if ordered by the Engineer; sheeting and shoring ordered left in place by the Engineer; additional suitable backfill, if needed; furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for cleaning and testing the sewage force mains; removal of existing asphalt pavement and sod; removal, transport, and legal disposal of demolition material; replacement of traffic loop detection assemblies; traffic control; temporary and permanent replacement of any pavement, driveways, sidewalk, concrete median, curb and gutter, sod, landscaping and pavement markings damaged by the construction of the Project and all other appurtenant and miscellaneous items and work necessary for a complete, fully functional, and satisfactory installation. Certificate of Competency from the County's Construction Trades Qualifying Board as a General Engineering Contractor or as a Pipeline Engineering Contractor. The Pipeline Engineering Contractor shall subcontract with a qualified contractor any work which is incidental to the pipeline specialty but is specified in the aforementioned Code as being the work of other than that of the Engineering Specialty for which certified; or b. Certification, as a General Contractor or as an Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor, provided by the State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board, pursuant to the provisions of Section 489.115, Florida Statutes.
