Sealed Proposals for the Purchase of Anthracite Filter Media Owner is seeking to purchase the following Goods: 1. Anthracite Media The Goods shall be delivered to the Durham Water Resource Recovery Facility, 16580 SW 85th Ave., Tigard, Oregon 97224 (Sites). Before Proposers can submit their Proposal, they will need to register online. There is no cost to register. It is the Proposer's responsibility to refer daily online to check for any available amendments or addenda, response to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. Owner reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any or all Proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements or when Owner finds that the Proposer is not responsible as that term is used in any applicable Owner's Purchasing Rules and ORS 279A.010(1)(r). Owner may reject for good cause any or all Proposals upon a finding by Owner that it is in the public interest to do so.
