Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tigard, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.

**As of December 12, 2024 project was awarded to OTAK but awarded amount is not available.** The City has not determined the anticipated cost for the requested services. The City recently purchased 9.5 acres of land on SW Wall Street in Tigard, after a very long search for land spanning upwards of 10 years. The property details are: 13045 & 13225 SW Wall Street 2S1 01CA, TL 00100 2S1 01, TL 01100 Zoning: Industrial. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so The contract for this work is anticipated to commence on or around January 1, 2025. All work stemming from the contract is anticipated to be completed no later than May 1, 2030
