Site work and renovation of a civil project in Tigard, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to: 1. Demolish the existing caustic and magnesium chloride storage tanks and associated instrumentation. Remove and salvage existing caustic and magnesium chloride pumps and associated piping as shown on the contract documents. 2. Demolish the Profibus conductors associated with the improvements and restore the Profibus ring to service for existing Struvite Recovery Facility equipment that is not associated with the improvements. 3. Install new caustic and magnesium chloride storage tanks, chemical pumps, and piping and connect to new tanks and existing piping. 4. Decommission existing valve vaults, grade and pave new chemical tank area, install new equipment door to the building, and install new safety eyewash and shower. 5. Install new electrical and instrumentation associated with these improvements. The Work Site is located at Durham Water Resource Recovery Facility, 16580 SW 85th Avenue, Tigard, Oregon 97224 (Site). The Work is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The estimated construction cost of the Work is $840,000.
