Renovation of a fire / police facility in Tigard, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
TVF&R reserves the right to consider late Bids, late withdrawals or late modifications if TVF&R finds that such bid, withdrawal or modification has been mishandled by TVF&R. Contractors shall be currently registered with the Construction Contractors Board (CCB) as required by ORS 701.055, or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board (SLCB) as required by ORS 671.530, (as applicable) holding the proper registration for the work The purpose of this solicitation is to establish public works trade services contract between the selected Contractor and TVF&R for the provision of exterior painting services for Fire Stations 64 & 68 (Work) pursuant to the Statement of Work, Section IV. Questions and comments regarding this solicitation must be ONLY IN WRITING and directed to the undersigned by email to Eric.Wicks@tvfr.com. This bid document may be viewed at the address above, contact Eric Wicks at 503-259-1157. Unless defects, ambiguities, omissions, or errors are brought to TVF&R's attention in writing by noon on July 11, 2024, protests based on such defects, ambiguities, omissions, or errors received after issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award (NIA) may not be favorably considered.
