The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for PERS Building Envelope Restoration for the benefit of Oregon Public Employees Retirement System. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The following information must be included in the registration email: -Name of the company or firm that will be attending the conference; -For each person who will be attending on behalf of the interested party or potential Bidder, the registrant must include the following: - Name; - Title; - Telephone Number, and; - Email Address Upon receipt of the information, a reply e-mail will be sent to each registrant with instructions on how to attend the pre-bid conference, which will be conducted by phone conference, "Zoom" virtual audio/visual meeting, Microsoft "Teams" virtual audio/visual meeting, or other electronic method. C.1.0.2 Any statements made at this conference will not change the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents, unless an Addendum has been issued from DAS and advertised on the ORPIN System. Bidders Are Required to Attend a Mandatory Pre-bidconference, Directly or Through an Authorized Representative. Bids Will Only Be Evaluated From Bidders Who Attended the Mandatory Pre-bid Conference, and All Other Bids Will Be Considered Non-responsive. PROJECT ESTIMATE: The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes: 450-500k PROJECT COMPLETION DATES: PROJECT START DATE: Seven [7] calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: May 1, 2021 FINAL COMPLETION: May 30, 2021 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Liquidated damages of $500.00 will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB.
