Renovation of a water / sewer project in Tigard, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
1. Furnish and install Hilfiker Retaining Wall's ArtWeld Gabion Baskets (or approved equal) with galvanized coated, 9-gauge wire as approved by the Engineer of Record and the City of Tigard. Baskets shall be filled with 4"-8" clean aggregate and approved by the City of Tigard. All excavation work shall be provided by the Subcontractor (Bidder). a. Expect time gaps between the construction of each wall course. Subcontractor (Bidder) will be expected to work with Emery's, backfill schedule to ensure all walls are constructed by November 30, 2024. b. Subcontractor will be responsible for all grading behind/in between terrace walls. 2. Provide trucking, disposal, etc. for import of rock and haul away of spoils. 3. Any third-party engineering required to complete the design of the system a. Final third party engineering design will be subject to approval by Consor North America and the City of Tigard.
