Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tigard, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the following: 1. Traffic control and erosion control. 2. General excavation. 3. Construction of asphaltic pavements. 4. Construction of concrete curbs, ramps, and sidewalks. 5. Installation of stormwater pipe and structures. 6. Signage, striping, and pavement marking. 7. Performance of additional and incidental work as called for by the specifications and plans. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents shall be submitted to the Contracts and Purchasing Department at contractspurchasing@tigard-or.gov with any questions. Clarifications to the Bid Documents will be made by addenda only. Oral statements may not be relied upon by Bidders and will not be binding or legally effective. The City may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all Bids upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
