Reference Number 0000283835 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/17 11:59:00 PM EST The City of Ottawa, herein after referred to as the City, is seeking a qualified contractor to supply and deliver 170 clothing storage lockers (the “Equipment”) to be delivered, fully assembled, in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions of the RFQ, and delivered to 1754 St Joseph Blvd, Ottawa, ON, K1C 7C6. Commercial General Liability insurance issued on an occurrence basis for an amount of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence for any negligent acts or omissions by the Contractor. Such insurance shall include, but is not limited to, bodily injury, death and property damage including loss of use: premises, property and operations liability; products and broad form completed operations liability; blanket contractual liability; cross liability; severability of interest clause; contingent employers liability; personal injury liability; owner's and contractor's protective coverage; non-owned automobile liability; broad form property damage; employees as additional Insured; occurrence property damage. The Commercial General Liability insurance policies shall be in the name of the Contractor and shall name the City of Ottawa as additional Insured.
