The Doors Between the Corridor and Offices Are Also to Be Stc-rated Bid Securities Mean a Bid Bond and Suretys Consent as Defined Below: (a) Bids Submitted at $100,000 or Greater Shall Include the Following by the Closing Date and Time: I. A Bid Bond in a Commercially Reasonable Form or an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit Issued by a Financial Institution Authorized to Conduct Business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank in the Amount of at Least 10% of the Bid Price and That Shall Be in Effect Until Ninety (90) Calendar Days Following Closing Date.
