The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for mechanical and piping supply and installation (the Work) in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). The proposed period of this Standing Offer is from 1 January 2025 or the date of authorization, whichever is later, to the period ending 31 December 2025 and may be further be extended for two (2) optional one (1) year terms.
