Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and parking garage.
The Town of Springdale (2379 Town Hall Rd., Mt. Horeb) is seeking bids to improve insulation in the 1980 town hall and garage. o Project scope o Desired completion - Winter 2025 o Air-seal the ceiling/attic above the Town Hall garage and office o Add blown-in fiberglass insulation to achieve a total R value of 50 in both the shop/garage and office portions of the building. o Before/after photos of the attic spaces are required. o Written certification of completed work, proof of insurance, and completed W-9 form will be required of selected contractor. o Structure details o Shop/garage - 100' long x 50' wide. The garage ceiling height is 15'. Ceiling construction is corrugated steel. o Hall/office - 50' long x 25' wide. Ceiling height 9'. The ceiling construction is drywall.
