Renovation of a municipal facility in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: The project includes historic restorations of existing exterior components as follows: monument granite stairs, landing assemblies, (2) main entrance light pedestals,&(4) side entrance wall sconces. Other non-historic alterations include new exterior concrete stairs, landings, railing assemblies, and exterior perimeter/storm drainage system improvements. G. 4. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check of a sum no less than 5% of the Bid amount The successful bidder will be required to provide Payment & Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of their contract for this project. All questions regarding this bid specification must be submitted via email to Shane Chatelle, at schatelle@aedapc.com 2. Responses will be issued in writing in the form of a project addendum and will be distributed to all online on the City's bid page at online by 4:00 P.M. EST January 17, 2025 (2) business days prior to bids being due. Question Deadline 01/15/2025 at 4:00 PM ET The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
