Question Submission Deadline: December 30, 2024, 5:00pm Addendum Response Deadline :January 2, 2025, 5:00pm Questions regarding sales and use taxes should be directed to the Wyoming Department of Revenue, Excise Tax Division at (307) 777-5204. Questions shall be submitted via the electronic Notice to Proceed (Estimated):January 31, 2025 Final Completion :March 2, 2025 A bid guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany any bid submitted. See Section below, titled: Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. The City of Cheyenne (the City) reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities in the bidding.
