Playground Resurface and Equipment The Child Discover Center operates as a daycare at Laramie County Community College. The seeks proposals from qualified vendors for the design build for a playground resurface and equipment. The focus of this RFP is to resurface areas on the playground that represent safety concerns and also replace aging equipment. The RFP is broken into a Base Bid and four (4) add alternates to ensure that funding allows for the top safety concerns to be addressed first. Base Bid: Poured playing surface and replacement of the equipment in the black rubber tile area Add Alternate 1: Poured playing surface and replacement of equipment in southeast corner to include black chain link fence modifications and concrete curb around gazebo. Add Alternate 2: Poured playing surface and replacement of equipment in oval wood chip area, to include replacement of three sections of damaged concrete. Add Alternate 3: Poured playing surface east of the existing black rubber tile area to include concrete curb around the sandbox. Add Alternate 4: Replace artificial turf.
