Woodson, Pacific and Historic Governor's Mansion Boiler Replacement Project Pre-Bid Meeting notes Bidders must sign the attendance sheet at each pre-bid meeting prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting. The Procuring Agency will reject bids from any bidder who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of any mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidders in attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. Project Description: This project will consist of the replacement of three (3) steam and/or hydronic water boilers for the specific buildings with addresses provided above. This will include demolition of old boilers, installation of new boilers, venting and electrical as set forth per the project prints. If you have not yet registered on the Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase website, and are interested in this bid, register immediately to avoid last-minute processing delays.
