Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
Site Directions: Campstool Road defines the northern boundary of the project limits with South Industrial Road/HR Ranch Road defining the southern boundary of the project limits. Road reconstruction of Burlington Trail and a new concrete greenway path. Major work items include demolition, unclassified excavation, import borrow, culvert installation, import of crushed base, concrete greenway path construction, asphalt paving, revegetation, and construction traffic control during construction. Questions related to the bid invitation will be received until January 28, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. and all questions related to the bid shall be emailed to Jake Wilson, jwilson@avipc.com.
