Part 200, et seq.; any additional requirements set forth by the federal funding agency; all applicable regulations published in the Code of Federal Regulations; and other program guidance as provided to it by the City of Cheyenne The City of Cheyenne ("City") is currently seeking proposals for the following work as specified: Provide the best possible play system and safety surface solution for the Optimist Park Playground. Play System (ages 5-12), safety surfacing, shipping, and installation. Perform all design and construction services, provide all material, equipment, tools and labor necessary to complete the work described in and reasonably inferable from the contract documents, including the attached exhibits, if any. Playground Equipment: Please avoid Red's or Yellow's due to their rapid discoloration. Earth tones seem to weather well in Cheyenne's climate. The City will remove all existing play structures, and wood fiber fill. Awarded consultant shall be responsible for all Base / Sub-Base prep. Drainage has not proven to be a problem at this site.
