Summary The City of Cheyenne Public Works Department is requesting qualified firms to provide as needed / on call Emergency Snow Control services. These damages shall be deducted from any money due, or which may thereafter become due the Contractor under this Contract. The City reserves the right to reject the item(s) delivered, if the item does not meet the specifications provided by the City and the item(s) can't be fixed. The City will not accept the item(s), and the bidder will forfeit their bid bond.
