Summary The City of Cheyenne Public Works Department is requesting qualified firms to provide as needed / on call Emergency Snow Control services. This shall include furnishing all equipment and labor, as required, to clear City of Cheyenne rights-of-way of snow and/or ice to provide access. Documents or literature required to supplement a question, may be e-mailed to the Purchasing Manager after a question has been posted. tbarttelbort@cheyennecity.org Liquidated Damages: If the delivery of any item is delayed and the delay is not unavoidable, the Contracting Officer may assess as liquidated damages a sum equal to a tenth of a percent (.10%) of the per item price per calendar day or $30.00 per item per calendar day, whichever is greater. These damages shall be deducted from any money due, or which may thereafter become due the Contractor under this Contract. The City reserves the right to reject the item(s) delivered, if the item does not meet the specifications provided by the City and the item(s) can't be fixed. The City will not accept the item(s), and the bidder will forfeit their bid bond.
