Tender applications are being accepted for the loading, hauling, and spreading of approximately 11,000 yards of crushed gravel on the RM of Cambria roadways. All specifications and bid requirements are included in the attached documents. A gravel map is included to assist with tender proposals. Please note that all specified areas and quantities are subject to change. A map showing quantities and locations has been provided to assist with your submission. Hauler must adhere to the maximum weight restrictions of the road being travelled at a speed of 60 km/hour loaded. Proof of current Liability Insurance (must have a minimum of $5,000,000 commercial general liability and $2,000,000 commercial auto liability) The Municipality reserves to itself, the right to reject any or all tenders, and/or waive any minor non-compliance, if the RM is of the opinion that it does not result in a Bidder receiving an unfair advantage over another Bidder. The RM further reserves to itself, the right to award the tender to any of the submitted tenders and not necessarily the lowest bid shall be accepted. Gravel will be supplied from the RM of Cambria gravel pits at the following locations: i. Pit 1: NE 02-01-11 W2M (approx. 6000 yards) ii. Pit 2: SW 15-02-14 W2M (approx. 44,000 yards) iii.
