Estimated value is $74,971.86 The New Holstein School District invites proposals for installation of a new phone system (a 3cx Voice-overIP) consisting of 206 total phones (8 secretary, 21 Admin, 168 Classroom, 6 Conference, and 3 Office to be used for door unlocking). This system will tie into all of the school's current intercom/PA Systems, along with allowing specific staff to control the security latches that control the unlocking of the main entrances at each building. All existing copper phone lines would be disconnected, except for the areas that require them, such as building controls and elevator safety phones. The new equipment will increase effectiveness and improve communication. Hardware, cables, and proper licensing to be included in the bid.
