The Humboldt County Department of Public Works is accepting sealed Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide on-call geotechnical investigation and engineering services for various state and federally funded roadway and bridge construction projects. The County will select a consultant, based on their experience, availability of personnel and other considerations as noted in the RFQ to award a master consultant agreement and issue task orders. If you wish to submit a proposal, submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of all requested information in a sealed envelope. A return address and the words "RFQ No. DPW2024- 006" must be printed on the outside face of the envelope.
