PROJECT SCOPE This project consists, in general, of: eliminate bypassing by making improvements to the Elk River Wastewater Treatment Plant, including increasing secondary treatment capacity and providing a primary effluent equalization storage basin. Scope of Work: 1. Furnishing of grounding electrodes and conductors; equipment grounding conductors; bonding methods and materials; conduit and equipment supports; anchors and fasteners; sealing and fireproofing of sleeves and openings between conduits and wall. 2. Inspection and testing of the Grounding and Bonding System; and Ground-Fault Protection Systems.
