The services to be provided are provision of labor, equipment, materials, supplies and expertise necessary to perform periodic general maintenance & repair to Springville City's PW Utilities. The work the Contractor will provide includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Repairs to inoperative or malfunctioning equipment, service laterals, water mains, storm drain systems, sewer mains, sewer laterals, and irrigation facilities throughout the city. o Replacement and/or modification of equipment, service lines, water mains, storm drain system, sewer mains, sewer laterals and irrigation facilities. The OWNER will then make the decision of award and contact the individual bidders with the decision on or after Monday, January 15, 2025. Question Deadline 01/06/2025 at 2:00 PM MT All communication relative to the Project and any questions which BIDDERs may have concerning the project shall be directed to the OWNER online . The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly submitted and signed will be accepted.
