Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Springville City's Clyde Recreation Center (the "CRC") is an approximate 70,000 square foot indoor recreation facility with a modest outdoor pool. Immediately east of the CRC parking lot, the City owns approximately 1.8 acres of property (the "Property"). The purpose of this RFP is to request proposals from qualified contractors to construct 6 new pickleball courts to the north of the current pickleball courts. The proposed project is a start from raw property to finished construction project, including, without limitation, all grading, soil preparation, improvement installation, concrete work, purchase and installation of equipment, drainage, all other necessary site work, etc. Park Elements/Improvements. The below lists four different required park elements to be included in the pickleball courts expansion. (The four park elements are collectively called the "Park Elements.") The Park Elements to be designed, engineered, installed, and constructed The total square footage of the proposed pickleball courts expansion is approximately 19,000 square feet. The pickleball courts expansion concept design is attached as Attachment B. Use the design and layout of the existing courts as the basis for the expansion. This RFP is to request proposals for the design and construction to completion of those improvements highlighted on the concept design attached as Attachment B, which include: o 6 Post Tensioned Pickleball Courts o Court Specific Lighting o Site Concrete o Water and Sewer Lines to Future Restroom Area, Shade and Landscaping. Specifications to the above list are more specifically described in this RFP. This RFP is meant to obtain the above listed improvements or similarly equivalent improvements that will best meet Springville City's Parks and Recreation Department's desired vision for the park.
