This Project include Franklin Transit transition bust stop and parking lot reconfigured to bus loop only. Removal of existing asphalt, concrete electrical and underground utilities. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Schedule N - Road Construction.
