All contact regarding this IFB is to be directed to: Dolly Daniels; Purchasing Agent dollyd@gjcity.org Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bidder Prequalification/Preregistration Required - Bid Deposit Required - FOB Destination - FOB Pre-Paid - Insurance Required SCOPE OF WORK: The Waterline Replacement - Linden Avenue Phase 1 will consist of replacing 1950 lineal feet of O20" C-900 PVC water line. Remove & Replace of asphalt and patches with T-lock at all perimeters, tie in of water services, fire hydrants and installation of various sized "T"'s to complete the network of piping. Concrete removed will be replaced and joints will maintain a minimum 5' length at adjoining stones when removing. Included with this work is a Bac-T test and Chlorination test before opened for use. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %
