**As of February 17, 2025, the project was awarded to D&H Royale Construction, LLC, with an awarded amount of $120,397.89.*** ** As of today January 31,2025 this project has not yet been awarded.A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** McKee Farms Park Shelter Siding Replacement Fitchburg, Wisconsin This project consists of removal and replacement of engineered wood siding and trim, as well as other related items. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid, payable to the Fitch- burg Treasurer, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file Contract and Bond within 15 days of award. Performance and Payment Bonds each 100% of the bid, with executed Contract is required of successful bidder. Bids will be received for the proposed work which generally consists of selective demolition, rough carpentry, engineered wood siding and trim, metal flashing, painting, electrical and related miscellaneous items and work.
