Renovation of a museum in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Town of Falmouth invites qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide Owners Project Management (OPM) Services for the design and exterior rehabilitation of Highfield Hall, 56 Highfield Drive, Falmouth, MA 02540. Proposals shall include all necessary efforts to obtain all design services, complete construction/public bidding documents as well as bidding and construction administration services. The project consists of assisting the Town (Town Managers representatives) with the following: a) obtaining the services of an architect; b) acting as the owners agent throughout the design, bid and construction phases; and c) assisting with hiring and overseeing contractors necessary to complete the project. Contract will be awarded within approximately 30 days. Last Day to submit questions to the CP Coordinator 12/30/2024 Questions or clarifications rising from these documents shall be submitted in writing to the CP Coordinator, Maureen Thomas at maureen.thomas@falmouthma.gov. The Town of Falmouth reserves the right to reject any or all Qualifications when it deems it to be in the best interest of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
