Renovation of a municipal facility in Greeley, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Inspection of entire outer façade of the Courthouse, and a complete written report identifying the areas of the building in need of mortar repair and/or tuckpointing Removing old cracked, spalled, or failed mortar in the joints (both head and bed joints) between masonry units such as brick, block, stone, etc. Determine the composition of the existing mortar Determine, in the sole discretion of the Board of Commissioners, the appropriate type m, n, o, or other mortar to use in the repair Provide an estimate of cost of the mortar proposed to be used Preparing joints properly for mixing, pointing, and finishing Supply all necessary tools, equipment, and personnel for the entire project, including cleanup and disposal . The contractor shall be required to produce a Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond in an amount equal to the 100% of the contract, and keep same in effect throughout the duration of the project. All personnel must be bonded. Greeley County reserves the right to accept that bid which, in its judgment will produce the best job of workmanship and material, regardless of whether it is higher than the lowest bid, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all informalities of any proposal.
