2025 Magnolia and Fairview Cemetery Fencing Improvement The City of Denison ( City ) is soliciting proposals ( Proposals ) from qualified contractors to provide construction, demolition, and alteration services to install fencing at Fairview and Magnolia Cemeteries in Denison, TX. Services may include but are not limited to: Professional surveying services, demolition, hauling, grading, welding, metal fabrication, concrete placement, boring, masonry, electrical, and landscaping. Proposers accept all risks of delivery. Prior to the submission deadline, any submitted Proposal may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Proposer, but no Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the Proposals have been opened, pending the execution of an agreement with a successful Proposer.
