The City of Santa Maria, CA (hereafter "City") is seeking proposals from qualified providers to propose an audiovisual solution that will connect its Shepard Hall site with the City Hall Tower Studio and the City Council Chambers (hereafter referred to as Tower Studio and Council Chambers). This solution will need to correspond to the requirements, descriptions, and criteria put forth in this Request for Proposal. In addition to providing a subject matter expert solution, proposers are also being asked to provide discrete cost estimates for the implementation (installation) of their recommended solution. Santa Maria has developed a Smart City, Safe City strategic plan to guide the implementation of future technology projects which will improve the quality of life for the City's residents as well as providing a safe environment for its employees. The Shepard Hall Audiovisual Project falls within this strategic plan. Contract Award (Estimated) 01/07/2025 The City reserves the right to determine the suitability of Proposers on the basis of any or all of these factors, as well as any other information the committee deems relevant. The City also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The City is soliciting written proposals from firms which are in the business of providing services as listed in this RFP.
