Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Farmington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Farmington, New Mexico, ("OWNER") is requesting Bids to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to complete roadway and infrastructure rehabilitation. This includes erosion repairs, road clean-up, backfill, and subgrade preparation. It will involve cold milling to remove damaged asphalt, clearing, and drainage inlets, repairing guard rails, and performing blading, grading, and dirt work. Additional tasks include replacing asphalt, clearing, and grubbing, removing sections of the sidewalk, and using jet rodding equipment for drainage maintenance. This work will be spread throughout the City of Farmington. Question Deadline 01/06/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Submit all questions about the bid documents to the OWNER via the questions tab in the electronic bidding system no later than the Question Cutoff Date provided in the Event Details. Corrections or clarifications shall be made by addendum. Oral clarifications will not be binding
