Renovation of a medical facility in Ocean Shores, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The scope of work shall consist of tenant improvements to an existing site to build a medical walk-in clinic and miscellaneous work. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at, t he office of t he City Clerk, City Hall, Ocean Shores, Washington. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE $500,000-$600,000 The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the 'City of Ocean Shores" and m an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. The City of Ocean Shores expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
