SCOPE: Remove 106 feet by 23 feet of the gray paint on the ground, the blue paint on top of the gray paint, and all of the blue and white paint under the gray paint in the ADA Handicap public parking area of the parking structure. Remove 53 feet by 5 feet of blue paint on the ground for ADA walking path. Remove one 52 feet of single line yellow and gray paint. Repaint 5 handicap parking spaces and 2 van access handicap parking spaces for a total of 7 ADA parking spaces. Paint 5 white handicap logos, 2 white handicap logos with the lettering VAN ACCESSIBLE in a Handicap blue box, 194 feet by 5 feet blue handicap striped pedestrian walkway, and 54 feet by 8 feet blue handicap striped pedestrian walkway. Parking structure is located at 4680 San Fernando Road, Glendale CA. All Work to be performed on weekends and/or holidays. Estimated Time Schedule: All work shall be completed within 30 days from the time the project starts.
