Locker Upgrade Project - Blair Elementary and Courtade Elementary The scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Removal of existing metal locker systems and components, provision and installation of new lockers and all associated components and new resilient wall base. Substantial completion: August 4, 2025 Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, waive irregularities, and to accept the bid that in their opinion is in the best interest of the school district. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
