Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of extensive site work, new and reworked asphalt parking lot and roads, concrete sidewalks, snowmelt system, site lighting, and site signage. This work will be done in two (2) phases, consisting of Phase 1 in the Summer of 2025 and Phase 2 in the Summer of 2026. The majority of the project will take place at West Senior High School Campus and a small portion of work at Long Lake Elementary All prospective Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Bid Security: Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bid(s) shall accompany each Proposal (refer to Section 00 4313). Performance and Paymond Bond: All Contractors bidding on Work in excess of $50,000.00 must be bondable and must include in their Proposal the cost for furnishing a Performance Bond and Payment Bond listing Traverse City Area Public Schools as Obligee (refer to Section 00 6100). CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATION STATEMENT: A current Contractor Qualification Statement must be on file with Miller-Davis Company to be Awarded a Contract.
