Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Construction Manager at Risk Services The Northwest Regional Airport Authority (NRAA) intends to select a firm (bidder) for Construction-Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) services for the TVC Terminal Addition program. The program includes existing concourse modification, concourse addition, and concourse connector. The Cherry Capital Airport Addition Project includes three main aspects an approximately 25,000 sf addition to the existing concourse (Concourse A) housing an expanded baggage make-up and security checkpoint, an approximately 60,000 sf concourse addition, (referred to as Concourse B in this report), an approximately 20,000 sf connector between Concourses A and B . Construction Document Start: July/August 2025 Construction Documents: Complete: Q1/2026 Construction: Q1/2026 - Q1/2028 Total Project Budget: $110M -$120M(including separately procured terminal apron phases) *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
