Renovation of a mixed-use development in Put in Bay, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Put-In-Bay Schools is desiring to utilize solar technology and battery backup to offset as much conventional energy as possible as-well as store energy for use and environmental disaster. Who : Put-In-Bay Schools located in Put-In-Bay, OH. What : 93.74 Kilowatt DC, fixed solar system - to include all materials and construction costs. Solar system is an optimized system, connected to the grid while being incorporated into a backup battery system. Included in the proposal should be all warranty details, maintenance responsibilities - including duration, responsibility of permitting, ROI documentation, and specify all applicable incentives. The system is to be a roof mounted system and to be located to the south of the facility utilizing the southernmost part of the roof face. The roof is a combination of asphalt shingles and 9" standard ribbed metal. 550W Tier 1 solar modules, IronRidge XR10 Racking and string inverters to be quoted. A Exro Technologies 90kW Cell Driver Fully Integrated Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage System is to be quoted as a separate line and the bidder should provide their opinion on its value.
