The Well - the new City of Hilliard Recreation & Wellness Center Complex is being constructed at a new development located along the west side of Hilliard just south of Scioto Darby Road, east of Alton Darby Creek Road and west of the existing Roger A. Reynolds Municipal Park complex. The center piece of this campus is the 105,000 square foot Recreation & Wellness Center referred to as "The Well". The Well facility includes the following spaces: multi-purpose gymnasium, multiple fitness & exercise rooms and areas, indoor running/walking track, dedicated senior center, classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, a food/coffee service location, an aquatic center with multiple pool types, a resource center, art rooms, various building and program support spaces, administration services and offices, outdoor patio/gathering spaces, a commercial kitchen serving the community, community gathering spaces and a nearly 25,000 square foot wing of the complex that is dedicated to an integral medical health and wellness center managed by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
