The 2025 City of Hilliard Street Maintenance & Rehabilitation Program (SMRP) consists of mill and overlay, microsurfacing preparation, pavement repairs (partial and full depth), pavement markings, curb and gutter repair, and ADA compliant curb ramps. A Location Map is provided showing the location and scope of work. Items 1-33 in the Bid Schedule relate to the pavement maintenance work. Also included as part of the bid: 1. Britton Parkway Microsurfacing & Pavement Marking which includes microsurfacing and full pavement marking replacement along Britton Parkway between Davidson Road and Hayden Run Road. Items 34-48 in the Bid Schedule - Base Bid relate to this work. 2. Britton Parkway/Hayden Run Road Roundabout Improvements (CIP T-142) which includes planing and resurfacing, installation of raised crosswalks, transverse rumble strips, and pavement markings. Items 49-87 in the Bid Schedule - Base Bid relate to the roundabout improvements. 3.Hellbranch Trail On-Street Two-Way Bike Lane (CIP T-133) which consists of converting an 8' wide sidewalk to a 10' wide on-street two-way buffered bike lane, resurfacing, pavement markings, flexible delineator posts and bicycle ramps. Items 88-120 in the Bid Schedule- Base Bid relate to the improvements on Heritage Club Drive. 4. HOSA Parking Lot Project which includes resurfacing approximately half of the existing parking lot using SS1505 High Recycled Asphalt Pavement, pavement repairs and new pavement markings. Items 121-134 in the Bid Schedule - Base Bid relate to the parking lot improvements. Alternate Bid #1: Alton & Darby Creek Road Resurfacing which includes resurfacing and full pavement marking replacement from Alton Darby Elementary to north of Heritage Lakes Drive. Items 1-21 in the Bid Schedule -Alternate Bid #1 relate to this work. Alternate Bid #2: Fifth Third Drive Resurfacing which consists of a mill and overlay of Fifth Third Drive from Cemetary Road to the City of Hilliard Municipal Building parking lot. Items 1-11 in the Bid Schedule -Alternate Bid #2 relate to this work. The Engineer's Estimate for this combined bid is $3,625,000. This estimate does include the alternate bid. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer's estimate by more than ten percent (10%). The Engineer's Estimate for Alternate #1 is $645,000. The Engineer's Estimate for Alternate #2 is $59,500. The Substantial Completion Date for work located with a school zone is August 15, 2025. The final completion date is October 31, 2025.
