This multi-jurisdictional project builds a 10-foot wide shared use path along Dublin Road to connect between Limestone Ridge Drive (north of Hayden Run Road) to Quarry Trails Metro Park. FCEO is the lead agency for a total length of 4.3 miles. This project has received federal funding through MORPC Attributable Funds in the amount of $10,351,449. Hilliard is responsible for 33% of the total project cost. Hilliard's share of the project is estimated at $1.485M. The estimated costs and funding below represent Hilliard's share only of the project costs. If the COTA LinkUS sales tax ballot initiative passes in November 2024, the Transit-Supportive Infrastructure (TSI) funds will cover the majority of the local share of this project. As of February 10, 2025, this project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
